RETURNS POLICY
Our returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Please note that no refunds or exchanges will be considered if the product’s original packaging has been opened, tampered with, or damaged.
All products and services provided by Sensational Scents are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, a full refund will be issued within 30 days. Order cancellations made by the customer will not incur any administrative fees.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process all returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email confirming receipt. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a few working days.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

PAYMENT
- We are dedicated to ensuring secure online payment processing. All transactions are protected using appropriate encryption technology.
- Payments can be made using:
- Debit cards
- Credit cards (additional verification may be required to confirm the transaction)
- Direct bank deposits or EFT payments must be completed within 5 days of placing your order. Sensational Scents reserves the right to cancel any order where payment has not been received within this timeframe.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Sensational Scents offers delivery throughout South Africa.
- Free delivery is available on orders over R1000.
- Door-to-door courier delivery is available at a rate of R200.
- We also offer PAXI Standard delivery (7–9 business days) at a rate of R100.
